Kiehls Deputy Manager H-Beauty Bristol (37.5 hours per week)

Mission :

To provide exceptional service to Kiehls customers and achieving sales targets

To be successful

Ability to work flexibly during retail hours, which is likely to include evenings, weekends and holidays (except Christmas day).

Have a desire to learn fundamental product knowledge (features, benefits, usage) and application techniques to provide best results for clients.

Generate sales to achieve sales target by applying brand selling method, product knowledge and able to follow basic service flow.

Are comfortable to traffic stop when relevant, to share Kiehls products with more people.

Ability to use POS software and other digital systems required to successfully run the counter.

Maintain the counter / store quality and merchandising including appearance and cleanliness of counter / store, follow merchandising guidelines and ensure on shelf product availability.

Develop positive relationships with department store floor managers and head office.

Be a brand ambassador with your attitude, eventing and on-brand grooming.

Convey passion and master story telling.

Connect with our clients and care, provide good solutions and after sales / clienteling.

Specific Requirements :

NVQ (or equivalent) Level 2 or higher

Experience in performing facials either in a retail or spa / salon environment

To be successful as a KCR Beauty Therapist

Attend and participate in all Kiehl's provided facial training.

Actively driving bookings to achieve occupancy targets.

Carry out brand facial treatments to the allotted time and to brand's specific standard.

Be able to use your time efficiently keeping to scheduled treatment times and managing any changes.

Maintain a clean, sterile workspace following health and safety regulations ensuring a safe working environment.

Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the treatment room, and assisting in management of stock, NSV and equipment.
