We are currently looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to join our Digital Department based at our head office in White City in west London.

Estimated salary range : £30,000 £35,000

This role is within IR35.

Job description

This is a hands-on role, reporting into the Lifecycle & Email Strategist, and working closely with brand, web, ecommerce and social teams to deliver our growth and retention strategy for our Colart brands.

You will be responsible for the planning, execution and optimisation of triggered marketing automations and lifecycle programs.

Experience and qualifications we are looking for

  • Hands-on experience in a similar role : familiarity in setting up B2C marketing emails and automations is crucial
  • Highly analytical and data literate : able to interpret data, extract insights and communicate them in a clear way
  • Experience using marketing automation / CRM platforms (we use Exponea)
  • Ideally some HTML / Jinja knowledge
  • Knowledge of art materials & artist community beneficial
  • Good understanding of the digital ecosystem
  • Skills and qualities we are looking for
