EMM and Fixed Line Product Manager
Location - London, W4 2ST
Due to ongoing growth, Adam Phones who are now part of Radius Payment Solutions, a leading global fleet management company, are looking for a Product Manager to join their team in Chiswick, London.
Key responsibilities :
Become the resident subject matter expert on designated Enterprise Mobility Management products (EMM), Mobile Device Management (MDM), Hosted Telephony and Connectivity.
Support the sales and key account teams with pre-sales support including providing product decks, preparing Tenders, RFP, Sales Presentations and Request for Information responses etc.
Working with the Head of Product Management and others within the organisation to create and execute strategies for maximising the commercial potential of the designated product set.
Supporting the product strategy by developing an understanding of customer usage, competitor products and market trends.
Developing roadmaps and priorities for each product with detailed business case analysis for new products and product extensions.
Taking new products from initial product concept through the full product lifecycle.
Training other people in the organisation, creating and keeping up to date technical and sales documentation, championing the products internally and externally.
Key Requirements :
Degree educated or equivalent.
Knowledge of at least one EMM Device including Blackberry, MobileIron, AirWatch, Wandera.
Experience with fixed and / or mobile telecoms product management.
Contacts with fixed and / or mobile networks and suppliers an asset.
Highly organised with good attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels of an organisation internally and externally, in a technical and sales capacity.
Team player who can work with cross-functional partners across the business.
Ability to construct and evaluate different business model approaches to maximize ROI.
