Business Development Executive Preston Fish Insurance Full time Permanent
A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Business Development Executive to join the team at Fish and promote our Care products.
You will support the organisation to meet its business objectives by ensuring the efficient, effective management of Fish’s current and prospective clients and partners.
Proactively manage your allocated accounts to deliver against our key objectives and work with colleagues to maximize the performance of the team and business.
Key Responsibilities
Accountable for achievement of targets and regulatory standards
Generating new business
Building and retaining relationships with new and current clients
Present and sell our products and services to current and potential partners
Providing training and support to existing clients
The Candidate
You will need to have a minimum of 3 years experience in a business development role (or relevant industry sector experience)
You need to be confident, have a passionate approach to relationship management with the ability to influence and enhance an existing client portfolio to maximise and strengthen existing relationships
You will need to have influencing skills, be able to plan, be organised and have excellent communication skills both written & verbal
You will need to have a proven track record of hitting targets
You will need to have a proven track record of hitting targets
Ideally you will be working across local authorities or the NHS and have a good understanding of these areas.
