Learning & Development Programme
The successful applicant will report directly to the Factory Manager. The key functions of the role are to manage and control all aspects of the hygiene operation.
The role will be responsible for leading and managing the hygiene team to achieve the factory hygiene standards against the profit and performance targets, as determined by the site Factory Manager.
The Hygiene Compliance Manager will also be required to drive continuous improvement, maximising operational effectiveness and efficiencies through the development of people; processes and systems.

Applicants should have relevant food hygiene and chemical qualifications, and have proven experience working within the food manufacturing industry.
It would be advantageous for role holder to possess a 3rd level qualification in a food related discipline. As the role will require responsibility of the hygiene budget, it is essential that candidates can demonstrate on application previous budget control experience.
Exposure to a variety of quality standards such as BRC and HACCP is also essential. The role will also require candidates to demonstrate on application strong leadership skills and experience of managing people.
Applicants should be highly motivated, with attention to detail and be able to demonstrate the ability to make decisions quickly in keeping with a fast moving and dynamic working environment, as well as being able to work within a committed team that is goal and result orientated.
