We are looking for a NOC Analyst to provide technical support to our end clients, monitor and update a ticket system and help prioritise work to meet service targets.
You will be comfortable to perform second pass problem determination and troubleshoot incidents, whilst making and acting on your recommendations for improvement.
Working as a wider team, you'll maintain handover logs, ticket updates, reporting and ensure a good transition between each shift.
This role works on a shift pattern that includes Day, Night, Weekend and Bank Holiday working. You will also be required to be part of an informal standby rota.
A shift allowance is applicable.
