Head Chef required for an all fresh Gastropub located in Lancashire
A great opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef looking for their first Head Chef position.
This Gastropub is looking for a passionate Head Chef to run their busy kitchen. 100 seat Gastropub serving food to a high standard & using all fresh locally sourced produce you will be managing a kitchen brigade of 4 plus KPs.
You must be an all-rounder who is extremely driven and capable of taking control of a kitchen brigade.
As a Head Chef you will be responsible for organising the smooth running and growth of the kitchen, as well as developing new menus.
You will be creating modern British style with focus on fresh seasonal ingredients.
You will be able to train and develop your team.
What we need from you
To have Head Chef or Sous Chef experience in busy gastro / fast paced environments.
Have good motivational skills and team management.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Be able to maintain a high and professional service.
Good financial knowledge, forecasting & rota writing.
Adhere to strict hygiene control throughout the kitchen.
