JPMC are looking to hire a Global Head of Pen Testing Operations with experience running an at-scale Pen testing or Cyber Assessment function within a global organisation.
This Global senior leadership position will be part of a the newly formed Vulnerability Management & Assessments team and will be responsible for overseeing the forecasting, scheduling and delivery of next generation’ Web application, Infrastructure and Mobile testing and the associated governance.
In addition to this the successful candidate will be responsible for creating, and executing a future state strategy / transformation of the Penetration testing function to encompass future state technologies, automation, and integration into the Application Development lifecycle and associated tooling.
The successful candidate will have proven senior leadership experience in organisational transformation, leading an at-scale Penetration testing or Cyber Security operations function, as well as having a strong technical understanding of security and penetration testing activities.
They will also have a strong people management capability, with the ability to lead, motivate and empower a large global team of technical testers ensuring adherence to standards, controls, and security best practice.
A high level of internal client interaction is required in this role and as such as it would suit an individual with excellent collaboration, communication & service delivery skills and the ability to articulate security issues based on risk and impact.
As well as the ability to work closely with the testing team to define scope and approach to testing a diverse range of technologies.
Must have proven senior leadership experience in Cyber Security Operations, Pen test team management or Information Security, leading large global teams
Expert understanding of Information Security, Software security and Enterprise Risk management
Must have proven experience of organisational transformation driving and executing on multi-year technology strategies
Must have demonstrated experience in clearly and effectively communicating with clients and stakeholders at all levels of seniority across a large organisation
Management Skills :
Ability to work as part of a distributed team
Strong organizational skills with the ability to provide clear and articulate messaging of strategy across the organisation.
Proven ability to build and maintain effective and productive relationships with clients, staff and stakeholders
Ability to motivate, mentor and develop talent both technically and interpersonal skills
This position is anticipated to require the use of one or more High Security Access (HSA) systems. Users of these systems are subject to enhanced screening which includes both criminal and credit background checks, and / or other enhanced screening at the time of accepting the position and on an annual basis thereafter.
The enhanced screening will need to be successfully completed prior to commencing employment or assignment.
