Experienced Payroll & Accounts Assistant is required to work four / five days a week in a busy accounts department. Ideally, you will be AAT or Bookkeeping qualified and with working experience of Sage software.
Your role will involve : Processing the monthly payroll for 3 sites including liaising with the HR manager and department heads to keep accurate records.
Processing all statutory returns for HMRCProcessing pension administration and auto-enrolment.Weekly bank reconciliationsManaging the debtors’ ledger and undertaking credit control as necessary.
Quarterly VAT returnsProviding assistance to the Financial ControllerYou should be accurate in your processing and be able to meet tight deadlines.
