The role

Due to increased workload we are seeking to recruit an Assistant ProjectWise Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, supporting and developing ProjectWise as a common data environment for Rail Consulting.

As an Assistant ProjectWise Administrator at Amey Consulting,you’ll see your work impact the project from early design to the veryend result, and every project will be different from the last.

In a typical week you will :

  • Assist with compliance to the relevant Health and Safety legislation, particularly the CDM Regulations.
  • Assist Information Manager or BIM Coordinator with CAD compliance.
  • Use of Building Information Modelling (BIM) to perform project tasks.
  • Support Deliverables Management and ProjectWise Online.
  • Assist in the set-up of new projects, user accounts and datasources.
  • Assist with the integration with Bentley and Microsoft office products and other software.
  • Provide frontline support for ProjectWise and deliver training.
  • Resolve general ProjectWise issues.
  • Assist in the development of datasources.
  • Assist in the implementation of ProjectWise and support development across Consulting.
  • Create Amey processes, procedures and standards, whilst tracking changes to reduce risk.
  • Monitor ProjectWise usage for licensing.
  • Assist in the development and support of ProjectWise environments, workflows and best practices.
  • We want to hear from you if :

  • Bentley Microstation and ProjectWise experience
  • Bentley ProjectWise Administrator experience
  • Knowledge of BS1192 or ISO19650, Network Rail and Railway Group Standards (desirable)
  • Knowledge of Building Information Modelling (BIM)
