By keeping a close relationship with parents and children, providing a whole school, whole pupil approach as well as advice and training to staff working with SEN.

About the role :
Working hours of 8.30-16.00pm for 5 days a week.
Long term contract till end of academic year.
Plenty of on-site parking and quick, easy transport links nearby.
Immediate start and weekly pay.
Specific duties :
Working with individuals as well as groups of pupils.
Keeping a close relationship with parents to ensure they are up to date with their child's progress.
Liaising with teaching support services, educational psychologists, speech and language specialists and social services.
Dealing with personal care.
Strong team player with relevant experience of working in a childcare / support working setting.
Warm, friendly, proactive approach to work.
Flexible in a challenging scenery.
Be able to provide a valid DBS or on the update system.
