MediaMonks London is hiring a versatile designer to take digital designs to the next level. We’re looking for a digital artisan who gets interaction and can design for all kinds of jobs, including pitches.

Role & Responsibilities
As part of MediaMonks, you work as part of the most awesome production company on the planet, operating as one office across eleven locations with 700 Monks and counting.
Working from our London Loft, you’ll join a small-star team of Monks to create spot-on designs for pitches and running projects bringing forth award-
winning work on behalf of leading agencies and brands.
On the one hand, the job is about bringing in new work by developing pitch-winning designs for our proposals
On the other, you work as a designer on various running projects, helping to work out the design on every level.
We’ll be looking at you to translate creative concepts into functional designs and brand values into compelling visual styles.
For some projects you set the style from scratch; for others, you help to safeguard and expand on existing styles.
You’ll be in the lead for certain projects, working together with one or more designers to flesh out all designs and assets.
You’ll after the execution of the art direction and help to improve the work by offering new angles, (P)inspiration, best practices and practical solutions, ensuring projects meet our standards.
Always safeguarding the final execution, you'll work together our Monks around the world to make sure your design look pixel-
perfect across devices.

We’re looking to hire a senior design designer who knows interaction design like the back of their Wacom-wielding hand someone with the qualifications and ambition required to take on a leading role within projects.
As showcased in your interactive portfolio, you have at least 2 years of high-level experience in a senior capacity in digital advertising or production we’re keen to see your visual solutions across platforms and devices.
You can contribute to all stages of the design process, from conceptualizing styles and wireframing websites (IA) to layout compositions (UI) and mobile translations.
Your Photoshop / Sketch skills are so slick they look photoshopped; and you also know how to organize your files, layers and folders, even if you’re a creative mess outside of Adobe CS.
You’re also able to create quick sketches and mockups to support and enhance concept proposals.
A designer at heart, you understand the business objects of brands like no other; you know how to make sure the creative and commercial goals of a project live in perfect harmony.
You can make sense of client briefs and needs, and aren't afraid to ask questions to help better-define what needs to be achieved in the first place.
While you know all about the good, the bad and the ugly of user interface design, you understand that good design ultimately is about moving people instead pixels.
