About the role
We are currently looking for a Outbound Sales Executive to join our friendly contact centre based in Crewe. Reporting to the Contact Centre Manager you will be working as part of a large upbeat team who are responsible for providing excellent customer service and aftercare support to our customers.
As a Sales Executive you’ll be responsible for making outbound calls to our customers to arrange services, MOT's and any other work required to their vehicles as well as selling and upselling our products and services.
You’ll take time to understand what the customer needs when they are making arrangements to visit the dealership.
While speaking to our customers you’ll be on the look-out for any opportunities to cross-sell products such as service plans or free car checks to the customer to make sure their vehicles won’t let them down.
It is important you are able to take notes of your calls with customers so our dealerships fully understand what the customer is coming in for and what their expectations are.
You’ll be used to prioritising your workload, and above all, should be used to putting customers at the heart of everything you do.

For this role we are seeking previous experience of working within a contact centre.
We'd especially like to hear from candidates who have previous experience of Outbound calls and upselling but we will consider all previous experience as long as you are customer focused.
You should be able to demonstrate that you are driven by KPIs and targets.
Previous experience within customer service is essential.
