Allianz Partners works in a dynamic, matrix and multicultural environment, supporting over 800+ employees in the UK and Ireland.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join the HR team with a particular focus on performance.

Location : Croydon - we offer the opportunity for Hybrid working

Hours : Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm


Building effective relationships with managers, to build a high performance culture.

Enabling business change such as supporting managers with headcount changes and any individual consultation

Partner with legal counsel and HRD in the management of complex ER cases

Aligning Annual Performance Review planning and tracking with introduction of SuccessFactors

Review and update policies in line with legislation and best practice

Analyse and interpret MI and data as required in order to develop insight and recommendations

Provide support and manage operational matters such as Occupational Health

Bringing people expertise and developing solutions to help the business area to deliver its strategy

Coaching and providing feedback to key stakeholders to help improve business efficiency.

Person Specification


Degree Level Qualified is desirable.

Fully CIPD qualified

Previous experience as a HR Business Partner supporting a professional workforce.

Previous experience in transformation or organisational effectiveness would be advantageous.

Knowledge and experience of SAP SuccessFactors would be advantageous Employee Central as well as Talent Management and Compensation modules.

Technical Skills & Specific Knowledge Required

Ability to communicate and engage effectively at all levels both orally and in writing is essential.

Ability to influence, coach with all levels of employees is essential.

Highly numerate and able to understand, interpret and analyse data to form recommendations is essential.

Responds promptly and efficiently to requests for guidance, advice, coaching and counselling is essential.

Promotes total quality and continuous improvement in HR function and delivery is essential.

Strong collaboration skills are essential.


You will be able to empathise with our employees and understand their situation, utilising your listening skills.

You should be able to question effectively to clarify details and ensure that you decide on the most appropriate course of assistance.

Highly organized you will be able to prioritise your tasks, ensuring that customers calls are answered and that you complete all administration relating to calls efficiently.

You should demonstrate attention to detail and be IT literate, able to learn new systems easily and quick to understand processes.
