FINTEC recruit is seeking an Assistant Accountant for our engineering client in Inverness. This is a permanent role, working Monday to Friday 37.
5 hours per week. Salary - £24,000 range, negotiable depending on experience. Working as part of a small Accounts team supporting the business in achieving their ambitious growth strategy.
Maintaining purchase ledger and Reconciliation of bank accounts
Processing supplier payments and processing sales invoices and statements
Maintaining Company expenses system.
Assisting in preparation of monthly management accounts.
Skills and Experience required for the Assistant Accountant role :
Previous purchase ledger experience ideally in a SAGE system.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and in particular Excel
Good organisational and administrative skills
Excellent attention to detail
The ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team with a flexible approach to meeting required targets and deadlines
