participating in investigation and remediation of security incidents + Supporting the incident response of minor incidents + Conducting research on emerging threats in support of security enhancement + Travelling between our sites as and when requiredThis role will involve being on-call in the evenings and weekends on a rota basis.
We offer a base salary dependent on experience of between £42,000 - £48,000 (role level 2.3) and a competitive benefits package including : + 25 days holiday + bank holidays + An annual discretionary, performance related bonus opportunity of up to 20% + A non-contributory cover for Life Assurance up to 3 times basic salary We are looking for talented individuals who have the experience / knowledge and qualifications set out below : + Previous work experience in conducting IT risk assessment and delivering IT infrastructure and supplier security reviews + Previous work experience undertaking a specialist IT Security role within a large IT environment + Strong knowledge of IT Security principles, practices and frameworks + Active CISSP, SSCP, SANS certifications, security or equivalentAt CCFS, we are underpinned by 5 core values which are : Respect, Excellence, Attention, Challenge and Honesty.
