Detailed description and job requirements :

Extensive experience with Fusion HCM Cloud R12 / R13, including HR, Payroll, UK localization payroll and HR extension features, Absences, 3rd party absence solutions including Kronos, and experience in implementing 3rd party integrations to Fusion HCM.

Experience with Fusion UK localization retail customers is highly desirable.

Extensive experience designing, developing and implementing software solutions for legislative and customer requirements using Fusion HCM applications, on time and to budget.

Extensive experience supporting customers through implementation and then on-going support of delivered functionality.

Extensive knowledge and experience with Fusion Cloud R12 / R13 PAE, RTI, P11D and HCM Data Loader.

On-site customer implementation experience with HCM and 3rd party absence solutions.

Presenting designs and demonstrating working software to experienced users.

Attending, contributing and driving customer meetings.

Responsibilities :

As a member of the development team, you will be responsible for design, development, unit testing, delivery, support and maintenance of legislative and other functional software.

Skills and Qualifications :

You will be experienced in developing / implementing solutions with Fusion security, Absences, UK Payroll, HR and absences legislation and its implementation in Fusion.

Also extensive experience of Self Service implementations, customer implementations and bespoke reporting, including the extract and archive model, and BIP Publisher.

You will have a BSc or MSc in Computer Science, and can demonstrate an extensive history of working with and implementing Fusion HCM products, in a leadership role.

Detailed Description and Job Requirements Analyze, design develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for commercial or end user applications.

Writes code, completes programming and performs testing and debugging of applications. As a member of the software engineering division, you will specify, design and implement major changes to existing software architecture.

Create new architecture for a moderate size product or a portion of a major product. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans.

Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to ensure consistency, testability and portability across products in general.

Provide leadership and expertise in the development of new products / services / processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology.

Recommends and justifies major changes to existing products / services / processes. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.
