Becoming a People Team Administrator with DCC Smart Metering :

This role is to provide general support to the People Team and requires a mature attitude and diplomacy in all aspects.
What you will do :
Liaison with other Capita businesses and external agencies
Communication with all DCC staff and contractors
First point of contact for all candidates / new joiners
Capita Desktop administration / maintenance processing starters, movers, leavers
BPC (forecasting tool) maintenance training will be provided
Starter and Leaver administration, reporting and on-boarding
Maintenance of the DCC organisation charts and Capita Desktop hierarchy
Maintenance of the induction process and potentially conducting inductions
Managing all recruitment paperwork, scanning and filing
Ad hoc projects for the People Team
Your experience will include :
Proficient in MS Office Word, Powerpoint and Excel (and preferably Visio)
Previous work experience as an administrator in a busy office environment
