A fantastic new opportunity has become available to work as Operations Director with this market leading healthcare provider that specialises in the care of adults of all ages with learning disabilities and mental health conditions.

This company have supported living, respite, day and residential services for children and adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health and complex needs.

As a company they pride themselves in delivering high standards of care across a variety of settings. In addition, this company are renowned for supporting staff as well as service users, and strive to promote from within!

As the Operations Director will you will be accountable for the financial and operational performance of a sub-region of the division.

You will be responsible for the development of the full remit of services, maximizing performance, improving quality, leading success, and making a major contribution to managing stakeholder relationships.

Overall you will provide leadership to managers, as well as assuming responsibility for the growth of the region.

They are looking for an experienced Operations Director to cover services across North London & the Northern Home Counties.

Key Responsibilities

  • To provide operational management within area of responsibility working closely with other senior team members to monitor all aspects of day to day business deliverables including monitoring performance in relation to quality and key performance indicators (QPI’s and KPI’s) to agreed targets for care standards, business planning, financial performance and quality.
  • To ensure all services fully comply with all appropriate statutory standards and requirements as dictated by our regulators.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory regulatory bodies and company policies and procedures, and accountable for ensuring findings from internal site quality inspections are reviewed and actioned as appropriate.
  • Develop and maintain external stakeholder relationships
  • Ensure that within the region there is provision of 24 hour professional support for service delivery staff and that an effective out of hour’s placement service is available for customers.
  • To ensure a cost effective approach to management of resources and that the Company financial systems are applied.

  • This is a remote role with regular travel required candidates must be based within the North London, East Anglia, Hertfordhshire and Bedfordshire region.
  • You will have a car and a driving license

    Remuneration 75k package
