Salary : £8.91 to £10 per hour

To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team - and right now we are looking to recruit for a Senior Housekeeper to join the centre.
Stoke Mandeville Stadium is the National Centre for Disability Sport and boasts the highest grade of facilities for our leading sportsmen and women.
In this role you will be responsible for a team of housekeepers and report to the Operations Manager for cleaning duties within The Oympic Lodge section of the Centre, and keeping high standards of cleanliness required under the contract specification document and ensuring the welfare and safety of guests.
On a day to day basis, as well as supervising your team, you will be carrying out a variety of tasks such as ensuring reactive cleaning is undertaken, making sure the non-sporting facilities which include bedrooms, guest laundries, laundry cupboards and bedroom corridors are maintained to appropriate standards of cleanliness throughout the day and ensuring all customer feedback relating to cleaning is effectively managed and most of all ensuring guests have an enjoyable stay.
You will help in facilitating a safe, fun, and professional working environment with excellent development opportunities and free gym membership.
To be considered for this role you will have experience of working within a hotel / Leisure environment, ideally housekeeping or cleaning and have experience of managing a team.
You will be someone who can multitask and can effectively delegate tasks out to your staff.
