An exciting opportunity to work for a fantastic, very staff focused Law firm as a Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer concentrating on Site Set-ups.

Evidence of experience of / having carried out the following :
Producing legal documentation as required, Site set ups for plot sales
Drafting of contracts, deeds, documents and letters
Drafting, reviewing, Heads of Terms
Drafting financial statements
Researching and preparing appropriate property searches
Engaging in legal research as appropriate
Displaying an appreciation of all conveyancing procedures
Tasks will include : -
Provide legal advice to a range of clients, including large and small property developers.
Carrying out in an effective, efficient and timely manner the various stages of legal proceedings with the aim of protecting the interests of the client
Assuming responsibility for the areas of work they are tasked with completing.
Operating effectively with clients and their professional and financial advisers managing specific areas of concern.
Working under the direction of a Partner or line manager and receiving assignments with specified objectives
Proactively developing new business opportunities from internal cross-referrals, existing clients and other professionals
Management of Client / matter files
Meeting agreed targets for chargeable time, fee income generated, billing and fee collection, dealing with administrative routines, and provide administrative support as required by the team
Skills and Experience : -
PQE relevant to the position
A strong desire to learn and widen knowledge
Ability to act independently to a reasonably high level
Experience of building relationships with both new and existing clients and professionals.
Good communication skills in order to explain legal matters clearly to clients
Discretion and the ability to respect client confidentiality
Tackles tasks in a structured manner to ensure completion to a high standard
Solid organisation and time management skills
Experience of working in a team and the ability to develop relationships with colleagues
Proven attention to detail and drafting skills
Sound problem-solving skills
Ability to adapt to a broad range of situations and circumstances and remain calm under pressure
