About this role
The Senior Online Marketing Manager will be responsible for both driving the growth and delivery of TalkTalk's affiliate program as well as supporting the Head of Digital Sales and Marketing to manage the weekly / monthly / quarterly forecasting and planning process for all online channels.
Working in a fast paced and demanding commercial environment this person will be required to create, and execute online marketing strategies across Affiliates, which deliver new broadband, TV and Fibre subscribers.
They should be at the forefront of advances within the affiliate channel and performance marketing and demonstrated execution of innovative strategies which delivered a positive ROI.
How will I add value in this role?
They will work on regular basis with our online marketing agency, affiliate partners, media partners, trading, finance, online sales, online design and development teams to facilitate their activity and performance related to the online acquisition broadband, TV and Fibre products.
They’ll work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to meet their objectives and to align with the overall acquisition strategy.
To deliver success within this role the candidate will need to combine both online marketing and trading skills to create the most cost-
effective strategies and achieve their volume targets. The ability to balance innovation and BAU performance to drive incremental long-
term growth will be the key to success.
This role will require you to lead the way and be responsible for overall forecasts and delivery as well as the affiliate marketing strategy.
The success of TalkTalk is built upon its people’s ability to innovate through evaluation and making sound suggestions using data, insight and prior leanings.
Therefore, strong analytical skills are essential.
