As Commercial Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading, inspiring and managing the sales team offering services directly to the general public.
The successful candidate will provide Executive leadership on all commercial aspects of the business including; revenue growth, profit, cross selling services, employee development and agile working.
The division you will be managing will consist of directly employed, self employed and franchise's; a flexible management style with knowledge of managing people across all three variations is key.
