To provide comprehensive reception, secretarial and administrative support to clinical staff within the Edinburgh Health and Social Care Partnership.
This includes primarily reception duties, database entry, secretarial duties, and telephone enquiries from general public, clients and staff.
Our administrators play a key role in the clinic and carry out duties such as reception work, being a point of contact for patients, doctors and other medical professionals as well as duties such as typing of clinical letters, maintaining the clinical computer system and other internal practice systems and procedures.
Previous experience of working within a medical administrator / reception role is desirable, as well as excellent working knowledge of and Microsoft Office applications.
