Our client requires a Technical Support Engineer to manage all incidents and customer requests from receipt to resolution and closure whilst working to SLA's.
The Successful candidate will have 1 year's experience within a Support / Help-desk experience, along with SQL, Windows 7,8,10, Windows Server and Ms Office.
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and work well as a team. This opportunity is initially a contract but for the right candidate the opportunity of permanent may be an option.
The contract role is a 9-5.30 role but if convert permanent it will be shift work covering 6.30am till midnight Mon-Fri.
