The Divisional Programs andRegTech Delivery (DPRD) team is responsible for delivering changes to theInformation Technology (IT) platforms necessary to ensure compliance withevolving regulatory requirements driven by CFTC, Dodd Frank, EMIR, MIFIDII,Brexit, IBOR and other legislative initiatives.
DPRD is organized into Workstreams that address specific aspects of functionality required by theevolving regulations.
This specific role is for aProject Manager (AVP level). It will focus on BCBS / IOSCO Initial Margindelivery. This is a regulatory driven change program which since 2016 hasrequired global market participants to post margin against the credit risk ofOTC derivatives trading.
Each year the scope of the regulation broadens and newcounterparties are required to exchange margin.
The IT project managercollaborates with business and IT partners and is responsible for managing thecomplete book of work to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, thesupport and maintenance of the production IT system, and functionality to allowthe business leads to effectively manage this large capital demand.
Givenregulatory nature of the deliverables, you must be comfortable operating inhigh profile / visibility role in a challenging environment with evolvingrequirements, tight deadlines, and high degree of scrutiny.
