Vacancy Part time / Full time Recruitment Consultant

Location Bordon, East Hampshire

Salary £16,000 £24,000 per annum + exceptional commission package OTE £28 £50K+

Rhodium Consulting is a well-established, award winning and highly regarded specialist recruitment consultancy that has recently relocated to Bordon, Hampshire.

Due to our office move, we are looking to strengthen the team and have an opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join us as a Recruitment Consultant to help us achieve our business goals and further enhance our profile across the UK.

This is an exciting and unique opportunity for a hardworking, sales focused, relationship builder who is driven by success in a fast paced environment whilst providing an exceptional service to both candidates and clients.

Exceptional communication skills are therefore a must.

Job Role :

  • Talking to potential clients on the telephone to develop new business
  • Maintaining relationships with existing clients
  • Working to ensure all opportunities in the market are explored and delivered on to maximise revenue into the business
  • Sourcing candidates via various sources including headhunting where required
  • Writing creative and engaging job adverts
  • Screening and interviewing candidates
  • Arranging interviews, providing interview preparation and feedback
  • Attending client meetings with potential and existing clients to understand their business and any potential recruitment needs that they may have
  • Attending trade exhibitions to expand your knowledge and network
  • Helping to increase awareness of our brand in the UK via marketing campaigns and social media
  • Preferred Skills :

  • Highly organised, methodical and able to multi-task
  • Extremely sales focused and target driven
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Money motivated
  • Previous experience in a recruitment consultant role is preferred but enthusiastic, driven sales professionals will also be considered
  • Telephone customer interaction / telesales experience is essential
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ambitious
  • Car owner / driver preferred

    Successful recruiters spend most of their day on the phone, talking to clients and candidates developing relationships, building their people networks, understanding what businesses need, looking for problems to solve (versus jobs to fill), marketing themselves and their best opportunities, managing their recruitment deals and, of course making placements!
