We’re on the hunt for an experienced Head of CRM to lead and grow our email marketing team and create a world-class CRM function.
You’ll plan and execute our email marketing strategy for all segments of the customer and professional life cycles, growing our active users and supporting the business’s goals.
You'll have vast experience in CRM or performance marketing, with a drive to innovate and try new things.
Our ideal candidate is someone who’s had proven successes in customer lifecycle marketing, have strong management and leadership skills, as well as a desire to create powerful, personalised digital campaigns that resonate with audiences and get results.

Leading the email marketing department towards multi channel automation, continual optimisation, and identification of special projects
Define and drive the promotional strategy and calendar
Own the end-to-end customer and professional journey, optimize to drive conversion and retention
Plan and execute the email and cross channel communication strategy for B2B and B2C audiences globally (8 countries), including the testing program
Work closely with our Analytics team to manage and report on the customer and professional database, with a focus on retention and engagement
Work with product and tech teams to create tools, experiences and customer journeys to continue improving owned channels
Conduct weekly and monthly insightful analyses, share recommendations with the wider team to further improve email performance
Maintain documentation for processes, A / B tests, and promotions that succeed through email
Leading the appointment and integration of CRM tools
Manage, mentor and grow the email marketing team
Required skills and experience
7+ years in a performance marketing / CRM role, ideally in a marketplace
Expert in Iterable, or similar email service providers
Experience in growing business through owned channels
Familiarity with analytical and database tools
Have experience with app based lifecycle marketing
Ability to build strong relationships across varying teams in the business
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Data-driven approach with excellent strategic and analytical thinking skills.
Knowledge and capability of HTML coding and CSS are desirable
Data literate, passionate about analysing results and motivated by driving success in the form of revenue and profit
Highly organised, with great attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
Proactive - comfortable with reporting to key stakeholders and contributing new email ideas
Proven experience of working on lifecycle automated campaigns
Proven success in a fast-moving, dynamic environment such as a start-up or scale-up business is highly desirable
