Job Overview

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive clerical and administrative support, either as a team or individually.

Main Activities / Tasks

  • Initiating an updating of packaging specifications for new and existing customers.
  • Origination of product resource codes and packaging resources codes
  • Creating and maintaining Bills of materials.
  • Coordination of old / new packaging.
  • Dealing with general queries with both internal departments and external customers worldwide.
  • Initiating / processing change controls
  • Liaising with customers and internal departments on a product or corporate change over to ensure both requirements are met and the changeover is successful.
  • Monitoring quarantine stock / destruction of packaging.
  • Meeting the weekly schedule.
  • Essential Criteria :

  • The successful candidates will be educated to at least GCSE level which must include English and Maths.
  • Previous experience in MS office applications including Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills as demonstrated on their application form and at interview.
  • Excellent organisational skills along with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Highly motivated and able to work on their own or as part of a team.
  • Desirable Criteria :

  • Previous experience in a pharmaceutical packaging area.
  • Duration : Full Time, Permanent
