Our client, an established and well respected insurance business who provide bespoke cover for non-standard risk and hazardous pursuits, is seeking an Office / Support Administrator to join their team on a permanent contract.
This is an exciting and varied opportunity that requires an excellent level of attention to detail, strong customer service skills and previous commercial exposure to working in a client focussed office environment.
Key responsibilities for this opportunity include :
1.Updating customer details and requirements on the company database.
2.Compile and provide quotations.
3.Progress applications (as advised by the Underwriters) to completion stage.
4.Issue all associated documentation to completion and certification.
Our client operates within a highly regulated environment where compliance is assured and adherence is frequently assessed.
As such, it is essential for the successful candidate to offer a good level of literacy and strong numeracy skills, as much of the role will be to assist in providing specialist insurance services to individuals and business groups.

Our client offers working hours of 9.00am to 5.30pm (Monday to Friday with 1 hour lunch break) and 25 days' holiday (plus bank holidays that fall on the normal working days).
