The Role
Build and continuously develop models of best practice ways of working for delivery for our clients using agile methodologies
Promote and build culture first devops and engineering community led functions for our clients
Carry out and facilitate training in our models and practises
Carry out gap and change analysis of high scale challenges within high profile organisations
Be a working with agility advocate and champion within Technology and KPMG
Coach teams and organisations in improving and transforming their ways of working and cultural methods and practice
Create and maintain holistic relationships within Technology and KPMG as a champion of change
Manage supporting relationships with clients to become a trusted delivery partner
Support the wider transformation directive in KPMG of Technology
Focus on value to facilitate delivery of technology products and services
Develop tools and services useful in Technology environments such as coaching programmes, methodology implementation programmes and agile methodology toolkits

The Person
Proven experience managing a team of engineers and coaches and being responsible for mentoring delivery of projects and products
Ability to converse with engineers and non-technical colleagues in defining scope and change
Proven experience with delivering agile transformations
Proven experience in working with large scale engineering communities for change
Demonstrable coaching skills and ability to lead up and down
Ability to continuously learn, work independently, and make decisions with minimal supervision
