I am working on behalf of a reputable domiciliary care provider that requires a Registered Branch Manager for their branch in the Orpington area.
The Company :
The client is a family run domiciliary company and has Director’s with years of experience in care. The client offer support to the elderly and disabled in their own homes.
They are continuously looking to grow and are looking to open up more branches in the local area.
The Branch / The role :
This is a branch that currently provides 500 hours of care per week. The majority of their clients are privately funded.
They are looking to increase the hours delivered quickly but not at the detriment of the quality of care. The branch has a Care Coordinator and Field Care Supervisor.
You will also be responsible for maintaining good levels of training & staff development, ensuring high levels of compliance are achieved, overseeing the promotion and marketing of the branches services and ensuring budgetary control amongst other duties.
This role is a full-time role.
The Person :
You will need to have experience within the domiciliary sector. They are considering someone with Registered Manager experience or someone looking for a step up from either Care Coordinator / Deputy Manager / Care Manager.

Up to £33K + bonuses!
