About the Role
The role of Broadband Customer Support Technician (Provisioning) will encompass a range of key customer service activities providing support to channel partners across a range of Gamma Broadband & IP Telephony products.
Your day will consist of handling customer enquires via call, email and chat ensuring the completion of end to end broadband provisioning activities to various SLA’s, keeping the customer informed throughout the entire process.
You’ll manage product orders using a variety of internal and external systems whilst clearly and personably communicating provisioning timelines to customers.
