Position Overview Our Sales Operations team within SMB is essential to enabling TikTok's sales teams to drive revenue at scale efficiently and strategically.

This team is responsible for revenue planning and pricing, operational effectiveness in our tooling and sales processes, and ensuring productive and fruitful partnership cross-functionally across internal teams.

We are looking for a highly organised professional who is passionate about process design and optimisation. As a Sales Operations Manager, you will build and potentially manage a team that partners with sales leaders to develop thoughtful and innovative strategies that improve internal stakeholder experience, optimise performance, and reduce operational costs.

You should be a self-starter, with the ability to work efficiently, anticipate issues and take initiative to solve them.

You will also work closely with cross-functional teams on strategic projects and to process contracts. What You Will Do- Lead Sales Operations projects across multiple sales verticals, and work with other sales ops members to resolve operational issues in a timely manner.

  • Organise and provide internal process trainings.- Document data flows, standard campaign operating procedures, and project-related requirements Issues analysis to determine areas of improvement and identify bottlenecks in the sales process.
  • Work with cross-functional teams and provide input on sales operations policies and procedures based on sales feedback and real practice;
  • Foster and maintain strong working relationships with critical business partners (e.g. Revenue Recognition, Legal, Finance, etc.

    Work with Sales Systems teams to identify opportunities for internal system improvement.- Deliver data insights, reports and dashboards critical to understanding operation performance and to drive operational efficiency.

  • Potentially manage and mentor a team of Sales Operations Coordinators and work to implement processes and procedures to scale.
  • Qualifications- 6+ years of strategy, sales operations, management consulting, or program management experience.- Experience in a fast-paced technology company with knowledge of the digital advertising landscape and / or KPIs for mobile ads is preferred- Ability to effectively influence, communicate and drive change with multiple stakeholders at all levels of management- Technical proficiency in these systems is preferred - SalesForce, Insightly, Tableau, and other MS Office Suite program- Ability to multitask and switch focus quickly- Self-starter with the ability to work independently- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills- Have a passion for TikTok TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
