The EMEA Regional Global Mobility Senior Manager position is based in London and reports to the Global Mobility Director in Hoboken, NJ, USA.
The Regional Senior Manager supports the Global Mobility Director as the main point of contact for MMC’s global mobility strategy, analysis, development, revision, deployment and administration within the region working with various partners to ensure globally consistent policies and procedures are followed.
This role is the first line of contact for business and HR in region providing consultation and advice with respect to all aspects of assignment planning and management.
Building strong relationships with our HR partners and other key stakeholders in the organization is critical. This role delivers high quality customer oriented services to global assignees and HR contacts partnering with multiple internal and external resources including the centralized Global Mobility Compensation & Tax team located in Hoboken, NJ and outside vendors for relocation, immigration and tax services.
The Regional Senior Manager supports the build of a sustainable global organization, ensuring the requirements of legal, business, tax, compliance and commercial requirements are maintained.
This role supports key stakeholders in order to provide solutions for mobility issues. They will conduct periodic reviews of assignment and assignee planning and facilitate sessions with assignees, HR and the business.
The Regional Senior Manager will develop and launch training programs to key stakeholders on the mobility function, guidelines and programs to ensure overall knowledge of tools and processes involved to support business goals and ensure compliance with both internal and legislative mobility standards.
This role is responsible for the day to day management of the EMEA Regional Senior Counsellor. They will provide guidance, training and support serving as a technical resource for all mobility deliverables.
The Regional Senior Manager also provides white-glove support for our senior level assignees in region. This role works directly with the Global Mobility Director, peers and Operating Company HR on various projects such as policy review, process improvements, vendor RFP’s and new strategic initiatives as needed.
Key responsibilities :
Counsel on global mobility policies and provide guidance to the business and HR in policy selection. Assign new international assignments to the Global Mobility Senior Counsellor and ensure team compliance with data integrity requirements internally and externally.
Work on operational excellence initiatives for the region to address service and coordination issues for assignees. Manage global service escalations across Operating Companies from assignees, the business and HR Partners.

Organize and attend regular service review meetings.
Coach and mentor Global Mobility Senior Counsellor for continued growth and development.
