Our aim is to drive efficiency, innovation and collaboration across the People Team by providing expert central advice and designing frameworks, guidelines and models to help support as the company grows! About the role : At Checkout.

com, we're currently undertaking a HR transformation programme, to migrate to Workday as our new HR System. As part of this, we have a requirement to set up a number of integrations from Workday to our downstream systems in order to improve our data accuracy and make Workday the single source of truth for colleague data.

What You will be doing :

  • Responsible for the designing, building and the testing of integrations assigned to You
  • Coordinating with Checkout.com integration owners to capture and document requirements and support sign off of integrations post testing
  • Evaluate, communicate and coordinate the technical impacts of application configuration decisions
  • Create detailed system interface specifications, field mapping, and system process designs
  • Work closely with Test Lead and testers during SIT and regression testing phases
  • Work with implementation partner to ensure understanding of integration configuration
  • Prepare detailed technical documentation to support design and ongoing maintenance of completed integrations
  • Accountable for maintaining and developing integrations between Workday and other People / finance / IT systems across Checkout.

    About You :

  • 3+ years implementing HR, Payroll or Financials technical solutions with Workday
  • Workday certified Integration experience including Workday Studio expertise
  • Good knowledge of integration design and testing concepts and integration frameworks (e.g. middleware, transformation logic)
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Web Services; REST, JSON, SOAP, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML; inbound and outbound SaaS connectors;
  • Payroll Interfaces including PECI and payroll vendors

  • Superb attention to detail, analytical, and organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment where you can be really autonomous
  • Excellent partner management and communication skills
