Change, Grow, Live is a leading national health and social care charity, working with individuals, families and communities affected by substance misuse, crime, homelessness, domestic abuse and anti-social behaviour, and we are recruiting to a number of lead nurse positions across London and South East of England.

Our ethos celebrates success in harm reduction & engagement along with the passionate belief that recovery from addiction can be self-defined and contagious.

Our service aims to encourage and empower people to regain control of their lives and motivate them to improve their health and wellbeing.

The role includes :

  • Responsibility for the development and day to day management of clinical service delivery
  • Working closely with the Services Manager, Lead Doctor, Regional Lead Nurse and Associate Director of Nursing to provide leadership and direction within the specified remit.
  • Providing support and strategically develop the services within the role’s scope.
  • Working with stakeholders in promoting CGL clinical services.
  • Providing key people management support to the Services Managers as required, alongside the supervision of nursing staff in the services
  • Being involved in clinical audit of the service under the direction of the Regional Lead Nurse and Associate Director of Nursing

    The successful candidate will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.

    Salary Range

    CGL spine points 35-39 £32,061-£35,970 plus ILW / OLW as appropriate
