As an Inside Sales Representative on our team, you’ll be taking inbound calls and placing outbound calls to our qualified business prospects interested in buying software for supply chain management.

In this role, you’ll build relationships with qualified prospects via a consultative process to offer the best solutions to meet their needs.

You can control your own destiny by continuing the conversation throughout the entire sales process. Supported by an industry expert Solutions Consultant, you’ll secure product demos that lead to signed contracts.

In our paid training, you will receive expert SaaS selling and closing training in our university style learning process to ensure you continue to grow in your profession.

You’ll also have the support of a collaborative team, the latest selling software, in a world class modern facility, which includes continued coaching and development.

Responsibilities :

  • Qualify inbound inquiries from marketing and demand generation activities to achieve monthly goals
  • Outbound calling to qualified prospects to achieve monthly goals
  • 2-5 years of software inside sales or account executive experience
  • Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections in a consultative conversation
  • Effectively communicate E2open’s value propositions to key decision makers
  • Facilitate conversation and relationship with potential buyers to identify their needs and sell appropriate E2open products to solve the business problem
  • Utilize a consultative approach, discuss business issues with customers, develop formal quotes, and present formal sales presentations to address the customer’s business needs
  • Document prospect interaction in our state-of-the-art sales enablement software to ensure efficient lead management and nurturing.

  • Help to lead, mentor and train team members
  • Additional duties as assigned
  • Requirements :

  • Four-year university / college degree required or equivalent telephone sales experience
  • Proficiency in English + 1 other regionally acceptable language
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Proven track record of setting and achieving personal goals and company goals
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
