About the position
This role is based within the Customer Operations team here at Mimecast Europe based from our Moorgate, London Office.
A Licensing and Renewal Specialist is essentially the primary point of contact for Customers and Partners when it comes to discussing and / or renewing of the Mimecast Service.
To fulfil this role you must have an inbuilt desire to be efficient, accurate and be at your best multitasking across a range of time sensitive activities.
The Customer Operations Team is one of the newer and growing teams in the Mimecast Europe, so the successful candidate needs to be someone who can hit the ground running, impress from the start and show ambition to grow both individually and as part of a successful Team.

As a Licensing and Renewal Specialist you will be responsible for the accuracy of Customer & Partner Renewal Opportunities and Sales Orders at all times within our CRM system.
Reporting on progress against defined monthly targets will be required to ensure performances and results are accurately tracked and managed ongoing.
This role reports directly to the Customer Operations Manager.
