What you will do :
Provide assistance to the Head of Collections on key projects.
Ensure that department objects are met.
Overseeing the running of the department in the absence of the Head of Collections
Highlight any concerns they or the team may have, regarding departmental objectives / procedures.
Assist in the training and development of team members
Ensure duties undertaken by team members, are action in a timely manner.
Provide constructive criticism, when required
Perform weekly collect reviews with team member
Attend client meetings as and when required
Manage your own debt ledger
Ensuring your own individual cash targets are met.
Assessment of team performance
Meeting individual collection targets
Minimising bad debt exposure
Reviewing team performance with regards to the Management of administrative duties which include : Call Response times, Level of outstanding Queries, Meeting collection SLA’s, Reviewing client call logs
Your experience will include :
Previous experience as a Credit Control Supervisor
Previous experience in face to face meetings and ability to present information
Good negotiation skills
Excellent communication skills, written & verbal
Strong Excel skills
Numerate and logical
