IT Internal Account Manager - Northampton. £22,000 - £30,000 experience depending + OTE. This is an excellent opportunity to join our client a technology and supplies reseller with over 30 years' experience delivering IT solutions and services to organisations of every kind across the UK and beyond.

Typical clients include BT, Sky and Virgin Media. You will carry out direct marketing and sales activities over the telephone, maintaining and developing the company's sales, ensuring the building of profitable long-

term customer relationships. The ideal candidate for this role will have an excellent track record of achieving and exceeding OTE, with B2B Technology sales experience.

Experience with end to end delivery of software-based Microsoft technologies. You will be required to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers both internal and external therefore having excellent communication and rapport building skills is a must.

A real drive and hunger to achieve and exceed your targets is also required if you want to be successful in this role. As an Internal Account Manager, you will be required to increase profit from existing and new customers, using agreed strategies with line manager, whilst maintaining regular contact with customers and prospects.

Maintain and develop the computerised database ensuring records are kept accurately. You will be required to assist the customers in understanding the products and services that CCS Media provides.

Liaising and co-operating with all departments within the organisation following set procedures and conventions whilst following company procedures.
