What you’ll be responsible for :
We are looking for a forward thinking, performance orientated, and culture-driven Talent Management Leader to ensure our motivated and highly talented people continue to develop and be successful as we accelerate our growth.
The Director of Talent Management (aka HR Business Partners) will be a player / coach where you support the business leaders with a people-forward and data driven approach as they build their organizations to scale, and you lead a team of Talent Managers with the same responsibilities.
The range of partnership with the leaders will cover how they lead and develop their teams, how they solve for complex organizational challenges that arise as we scale, how to navigate employee relations issues, and how we motivate and retain the top talent that we have attracted and developed.
