Job Description

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the Enterprise Diagnostic Informatics Leadership Team to drive the success of the business and the organization.

Enterprise Diagnostic Informatics is a critical part of Philips’ Healthcare business and future. You will play an integral role focusing on optimizing the team’s time, and driving critical projects around business growth.

You are responsible for :

  • Performing all standard supporting tasks (incl. calendar and expense reports) for multiple leaders.
  • Logistics (planning and execution) of meetings, events, video conferences and webcasts, and other related events.
  • Arranging complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries, and manage last minute changes upon request.
  • On- / Off boarding logistics
  • Managing office supplies for department
  • Creating purchase orders
  • Creating draft letters / mails / department documents
  • Remain knowledgeable of corporate policies
  • Collaborating globally with other assistants to organize meetings and customer / team visits.
  • Liaise with various departments and levels in the company to coordinate work.
  • Handle details of a highly confidential and time-sensitive critical nature.

    To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience :

  • BA / BS or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of related administrative experience with progressive responsibility.
  • Critical thinking, research, analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to independently take initiative and deliver high quality work.
  • Ability to anticipate the needs of executives, with strong attention to detail, and ability to learn quickly.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity and drive complex projects to success.
  • Ability to build and sustain highly collaborative work relationships with executives and colleagues.
  • Ability to be discrete, maintain confidentiality showing maturity and professionalism in communication with others.
  • Punctuality, adaptability, flexibility required.
  • Ability to be available outside of normal business hours as needed for support.
  • Skills :

  • Strong Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook (email and calendaring) skills.
  • Strong project management skills, including ability to track both short-term and long-term project deliverables with dependencies on other people and / or teams and against budget.
