SeniorManager, Managed Services & Convergence Propositions is a highly visibleand influential role whereby the individual will lead a team of a small team tobring together market and customer insight, P&L objectives to create acompelling, customer-
centric set of propositions.
ManagedService is a critical contributer to the Enterprise portfolio strategy, drivingdifferentiation in the market and unifying the portfolio for Value customers.
In turn, Convergence Propositions combine managed fixed, mobile and cloudsolutions under a single customer experience.
This rolewill lead the team to create business cases to underpin these propositionswhilst also having ownership of continually evaluating and evolvingpropositions based on new evidence or customer trends.
They will drive the GoTo Market and commercial realisation of the portfolio benefits for Enterprise.
What willthis role involve?
To lead a small team of people to be brilliant, delivering againstambitious target and replicating the senior culture for people to thriveand succeed
Inputs heavily into the overall segment roadmap, strategy and MTPand holds team accountable for delivery.
Conduct insight and analysis to develop propositions which willcreate the competitive differentiation in the UK B2B market for BT
To lead the development of differentiated propositions to thetarget markets based on the insights and requirements with definedbenefits, costs and value to BT Enterprise
Accountable for developing the propositions bringing in relevantfunctions / roles required
Ensure key stakeholders are engaged and the voice of the customerand segment requirements are understood
Develops Go To Market Plan for the proposition. Creates the GTMbrief and collateral input into marketing and sales
Manage in-life the proposition ensuring it is still fit for themarket and customer needs. Develop changes or recommend withdrawal of theproposition
