You will be responsible and involved in the everyday life of the people that we support, making sure that they are fully involved when it comes to planning and receiving the support that they .
This could include support with daily living tasks such as managing their tenancy and finances, maintaining friendships and relationships, as well as going to work, plus other different everyday activities.
