    Purpose of Position

    Leading Southwest sales team to achieve regional sales target and revenue target

    Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

    As a Regional Sales Manager, you need to :

    Develop sales and marketing strategic plan and ensure its implementationLead sales team to meet sales objective and achieve new revenueMaintain sound relationship with key accounts and develop solution to meet their requirements Demonstrate strong leadership in building up a team and developing people’s capability Prepare sales incentive program Make departmental budget and control costCoordinate resource for sales teamPrepare reports or analysis, such as sales forecast

    As an Office Manager for Southwest China, you need to :

    Communicate and coordinate with relevant departments and business stream lines Approve local office administrative related matters Establish and maintain an open and positive culture, organize team activities to practice One BSICollect opinions and suggestions from local staffs and report to management teamSupport to implement company policies and processesLead change managementAs a local leader, welcome local government officials’ visitsSettle down emergencies
