We are looking for a passionate, personable, flexible Business Analyst with strong technical skills and experience. You will help gather requirements from internal and external stakeholders, using a wide range of elicitation techniques.
A key function is creating user stories with clear acceptance criteria that will feed into the Development Team and supporting the team throughout the software development lifecycle.
As a Business Analyst at Bink, you'll be involved in a wide variety of projects including new product development, system enhancements and system integrations, utilising your solid technical understanding of both front-end / user facing and back-end type projects.
You will be expected to support all projects end-to-end, from inception to delivery including Business Acceptance Testing.
You will be expected to become fully conversant with the Bink platform and its range of services. We want to spot issues long before they get to the development stage, so an analytical mind and good problem-solving skills are essential.
Bink is a highly collaborative company and you will be working with Product Owners, Architects, Development, QA and Operations, so we need an exceptional communicator in both the written and spoken word.
We want to be succinct and crystal clear.
Ability to context switch and multitask is crucial. There is always a lot going on and we must be responsive and flexible to meeting business imperatives.

Skills and Experience Required :
Experience of working on projects using API’s.
Exceptional communication skills.
Understanding and experience of all aspects of Requirements Engineering including considering all use cases are covered in Acceptance Criteria.
Experience of working with Scrum with a good understanding of the Agile software development lifecycle and how a BA contributes to this model.
Ability to build and sustain positive relationships across the business.
Proven experience of writing clear, concise User Stories with Acceptance Criteria written using BDD.
Flexibility and openness to taking on differing tasks within the Business Analysis department.
Ability to multi-task whilst retaining high levels of quality output.
Aptitude and willingness to learn current systems / services to become subject matter experts on required business areas.
Excellent organisation skills.
Calm, unflappable demeanour.
Nice to have :
Experience of using Postman or another API client.
Experience of using Jira.
Experience of User and Business Acceptance Testing.
Knowledge of the Loyalty marketplace.
Experience in working in the Finance / Payments sector.
Experience of working in a start-up company.
