Details Redholme Memory Care Ltd is a family owned 55 bedded Nursing Home caring for people who live with Dementia.We are looking for people who are committed to delivering the highest quality of care, maintaining privacy, dignity, choice and independence as far as possible.

When completing and returning your application form please indicate which role(s) you are applying for.Health Care Assistants Required (HCA) Full Time / Part Time DaysJob Specific Duties Health Care AssistantProvides support, assistance and encouragement to Service Users in all areas / activities of daily living.
Ensures the respect, dignity, choice, independence and rights to privacy of Service Users as far as possible.Contributes to the assessment of Service Users needs and the development of individualised plans of care and support in consultation with the trained nurses , service users relatives and the care team.
Acts as an associate worker for an identified Service User, or designated group.Works with the care and support team , to deliver outstanding standards of service to achieve planned goals.
Participates in all training as identified in regular supervisions and appraisals.Keeps accurate documentation as required which will include nutrition / hydration, pressure area care / position changes and report to the nurse in charge as required.
These duties are not exhaustive. Job holders may be asked to undertake other responsibilities within their sphere of responsibility and competence.
Knowledge, Skills and ExperienceMinimum NVQ Level 2 in care or equivalent care qualification, or willing to work towardsExperience in a care / support or service related setting preferred 14 / 07 / 2022Hours Full and / or Part Time
