You will advising clients in all areas of the financial services sector prior experience of asset finance and consumer credit work will be highly valued.
The client base will include banks and alternative lenders.
You will have the opportunity to advise on and draft documentation and assist clients in ensuring compliance with FCA rules and guidance, both on standalone issues and as part of large-scale projects.
You will be joining a friendly, supportive and busy team dedicated to excellent client service. You should feel able to work confidently under pressure and to tight timescales.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate a drive to succeed, and an enthusiasm to engage with clients. It is important that the successful candidate has the ability to work as part of a team in addition to being confident working under his / her own initiative.
