The Role

NTT DATA EMEA are currently hiring a Finance assistant to support management and financial reporting within EMEA group.

The Opportunity

  • Work with Purchasing for alignment, work with EMEA heads to ensure they have support they need to complete purchasing requirement
  • Invoice Sign Off with CFO, addressing cost centre related invoices
  • Analyse all invoices (including aged invoices) and what they relate to, and then investigate those without relevant purchase orders
  • Bank reconciliation review - Monitor off shore teams outstanding items
  • Run management reports and format all month end management reports for each department (11). Send management reports for review and then send on to all heads of department.

    Payment run processing review with our banking provider and inform Treasury of the amount

  • Assist group accountant with month-end and quarter end close Post Journals, Revaluation process in SAP
  • AR - Intercompany Balances - Looking at aging Balances- investigate aging balances and look for resolution.
  • Sweeps - between Romania and the Middle East - Look at intercompany balances
  • The Person

  • Experience working with accounts payable teams, setting up vendors, raising purchase orders
  • SAP GL knowledge and experience
  • Experience of assisting with month-end and quarter end close Post Journals, Revaluation process
  • Attention to detail and a strong understanding of management reporting
  • Knowledge and experience of intercompany accounting
  • Good understanding of TB and accounting concepts
